I couldn’t believe this at first.

“You can’t do this to me, you know I’m the most qualified teacher in this room,with 2 degrees, and my masters” I replied with my heart in my hands, hoping this was nothing but a big, bad joke…

But he was having none of it, matter of fact, he’s made up his mind.

“…you’re one of the highest paid teachers in this division, I’m sorry, the decision has been made”

Instantly… I could feel the trickles of water dripping down my face...

My palms getting sweaty...

My nerves clogging...

What would I tell my wife? My two daughters?

How do I look them in the eye and tell them that the life I had made them feel comfortable with the life that I had promised would never end…

Was it about to collapse on us all?

Health benefits, pension plans - everything GONE.
That was when it dawned on me that my 9-5 I spent so many years on was no longer capable of taking care of my family expenses

Right then and there, I decided that I could never leave my family’s destiny in the hands of a JOB ever again

I knew that I had to look for something else that would provide huge returns and allow me to control my own fate....

And that’s when I found Real Estate Investing.

BUT HOW TO ACTUALLY GET STARTED?

I knew there were loads of things to learn under this… but I did not have that kind of time. In order to “shortcut” many months and years of “learning” I had to hire a mentor that was knowledgeable about Real Estate Investing.

And in less than 3 months…

I Closed my 1st Deal At Wheeler Street.

With a down payment of $20,000, I bought it, rehabbed it, fixed it up, found a tenant, rented it out, and I still own it today

After renting it out, I was pumped and I wanted to get another the same exact way I bought Wheeler Street but

There was only one problem…

BUT HOW DO I EVEN SCALE? I Didn’t Have Another $20,000 Down payment To Buy Another Property
That’s when I realized the traditional method won’t work...
Because it means I’ll only be able to buy a property every 3-4 years.
The problem is, that was NOT my goal, I didn't have that long of a time to wait, because I needed… CONSISTENCY.
So I went to my mentor to find a solution and we came up with CREATIVE REAL ESTATE. 

With this I can:
  • Find deals that are under market value
  • Buy property with little to no money down
  • Structure deals that maximize profit
  • ​Get result consistently
And in less than 3 weeks of getting into creative real estate…  I landed a deal that made me $110,000 profit - all because I had finally  understood how to be creative & structure deals
It was profitable, very fast, and the cool thing was, it was not hard at all to set this up.

6 months later, I resigned from my full-time job in 2016 and never looked back ever since

Justin is from Philadelphia, PA where he started his career as a high school teacher. In 2012, Justin bought and rehabbed his first rental property. In 2016, Justin resigned from his job and established Green Investment Group which focuses on developing blighted properties in underdeveloped neighborhoods.
